"Offshore Asia-Pacific" Business Mission to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Concludes Successfully!

Supported by leading offshore industry enterprises, the OAP Conference Organizing Committee successfully organized a two-day business mission in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from February 26-27, 2025. The mission included in-depth visits to representative local oil & gas and EPC engineering companies in Malaysia, aiming to further enhance Chinese and overseas enterprises' understanding of Malaysia's offshore oil & gas industry and strengthen international cooperation and exchanges.

The delegation, consisting of over 40 industry experts and executives from various enterprises and institutions, visited leading companies such as PETRONAS Supply Chain Division, Sapura Energy, PETRONAS Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM), SBM Offshore, and Ranhill Worley.

On the morning of February 26, the delegation first visited PETRONAS' headquarters supply chain division. Relevant leaders and expert teams provided detailed briefings on policies for new suppliers entering the market, local content requirements, and the impact of current decarbonization policies on the supply chain. Delegates engaged in in-depth discussions with PETRONAS management on market access, cooperation models, and technology applications.
